This isn't a certificate that lives in a drawer. By the time you're done, you'll have held real practice sessions, built your screening process, and worked through the consent frameworks that make this work both safe and meaningful.
Learn the Cuddlist Method — a trauma-informed, client-led approach to platonic touch that prioritizes safety, boundaries, and embodied presence.
Plan your business strategy. Write your bio, take a professional photo, build your referral network, and start growing your practice from day one.
Develop your own intake process, understand how to identify potential red flags, and know exactly what to do before, during, and after a session.
Grow your cultural competence. Engage with power dynamics, biases, and justice concepts that help you show up as a thoughtful, grounded practitioner.

Cuddlist holds a 5.0 on Google — and the reviews tell the same story again and again: this training changes not just how people work, but how they understand themselves. Read what they shared.
This is a two-week intensive. Expect 1–3 hours of course work each day in addition to the three live Zoom classes. If life gets in the way and you don't finish within the two weeks, you pick up where you left off in the next available cohort — no one gets left behind permanently.
There are three live Zoom calls per cohort: a 90-minute orientation on the first day, and two 2-hour learning integration calls at the end of each week. Specific times are listed on each individual cohort page.
Successfully passing the certification makes you eligible for Cuddlist Membership, which includes a practitioner profile, access to the private community, and marketing resources. Membership is a separate $39.99/month subscription and requires consent to a background check.
Because course material becomes accessible immediately upon enrollment, we're unable to offer refunds once you've opened the content. If you have questions before purchasing, we're happy to help — reach out to [email protected] before you enroll.
Cuddlist is not an employer. Certification prepares you to run your own private practice or add this modality to an existing business. You are building something of your own — we're here to give you the foundation to do it well.
Yes. Cuddlist practitioners always have the right to choose who they work with — but that choice can't be based solely on a client's gender, race, ethnicity, body type, or background. Discrimination on those grounds is a violation of our code of ethics and a condition of Cuddlist Membership. This work is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves access to safe, consensual touch.
The course is taught, assessed, and graded entirely in English. Because the concepts go deep — consent frameworks, trauma-informed practice, ethics — strong English comprehension really does matter for getting the most out of the material. We don't currently offer translation support, and we want to be upfront about that rather than have you find out mid-course. We hope to expand language access in the future, and we're genuinely sorry if that means this isn't the right time for you.
